Agency Overview

Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) administers multiple onsite and countywide programs. 

Their Food Bank distributes emergency food, diapers, pantry items, senior meals, and campus cupboard services. 

The Family Development team offers housing assistance, financial education, disaster case management, and free tax preparation. 

Under Energy, Education & Environmental Services, they provide utility bill credits via HEAP and in-home weatherization, including insulation, duct repair, and energy-efficient upgrades. 

They also operate an Individual Development Accounts program that matches savings for home ownership, education, or small business development.
