Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAP OC) provides food distribution through the OC Food Bank and offers services at multiple Family Resource Centers. 

The Anaheim and El Modena centers provide counseling, parenting support, Medi-Cal and CalFresh enrollment, financial workshops, youth and senior programs, tax preparation, mobile clinics, and case management. 

The Southwest Community Center in Santa Ana offers rental and utility assistance, employment support, tax services, financial coaching, and youth programming. 

Across sites, CAP OC organizes food and diaper distributions and connects individuals to additional resources through referrals.
