Community Services Agency of Mountain View, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills provides emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities and basic needs to individuals and families on low or fixed incomes, to those who are homeless, and to seniors. 

It offers food and nutrition services including fresh groceries and nutrition education. Senior services include in-home assessments, counseling, referrals, transportation support and a subsidized lunch program. 

Homeless services include case management, housing assistance, rental help and connection to benefits. Outreach services provide free workshops on immigration, tenant rights and domestic violence. The agency also offers field-based community navigation to connect individuals to services and resources.
