HeartLand Child & Family Services offers mental health care for children, youth, and families in Sacramento County who have Medi-Cal. Its services include individual and family therapy, support groups, behavioral coaching, school-based services, peer support/advocacy, psychiatric care, medication management, and short-term therapy. It operates a 24-hour crisis line for emergencies outside clinic hours. Youth and families participating in the mental health program can also receive support with resource connections for basic needs and housing.
