Hugspace provides emotional support and life and career coaching. Hugspace delivers support through a combined 1:1 and group-based model, creating both immediate relief and sustained connection. All services are free, confidential, delivered in English, Ukrainian, and Russian by trained peer Navigators with lived experience, ensuring culturally sensitive, trauma-informed support and grounded in a community-based, peer-to-peer approach.
Eligibility & Referral
The only eligibility requirement is US based phone number to register for any of our one-on-one or group sessions. We never ask for legal status.
