Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) offers the following services in Los Angeles: workforce development through its Employment program and Downtown/Pico Union WorkSource Center, including career counseling, resume assistance, computer lab access, workshops, employer connections, and veteran support. 

Their Education division operates Head Start and Early Head Start with preschool, health screenings, nutrition, and mental health services at 15 centers. 

The Energy unit administers LIHEAP utility bill credits up to $1,500, conservation education, and no-cost weatherization and appliance upgrades. 

PACE Housing manages nearly 1,000 affordable housing units pacela.org and the Business arm offers training, technical assistance, and access to capital for entrepreneurs.
