Agency Overview

Pars Equality Center provides free or low-cost immigration legal services from its San José and Sherman Oaks offices. 

Clients receive help with applications for citizenship, green cards and renewals, DACA renewals, employment authorization, VAWA and U‑visa petitions, family-based filings, I‑730 refugee/asylee relative petitions, consular processing, and humanitarian parole. Staff assist with fee waivers, attorney representation at USCIS interviews, and complex relief such as waivers and re-instatements. 

The center also offers citizenship and civics classes, ESL instruction, employment services, and “Know Your Rights” presentations.
