Refugee & Immigrant Transitions (RIT) in the San Francisco Bay Area offers free programs in education, family engagement, and community leadership. 

They provide ESL and academic tutoring through school-based and after-school programs, multicultural workshops on topics like citizenship, wellness, positive parenting, and financial literacy, and multidisciplinary case management services. 

RIT hosts quarterly family events, field trips, virtual gatherings, and “Know Your Rights” workshops. Additionally, volunteers support newcomer students and families through mentorship, translation, and educational assistance.
