The UFW Foundation offers free and low cost immigration legal services through bilingual attorneys and DOJ accredited representatives across California locations such as Bakersfield, Fresno, Oxnard, and Salinas. 

They assist with citizenship applications, DACA renewals, family based petitions, U visas, VAWA cases and support for survivors of domestic violence or trafficking. The foundation also provides a one time USDA Farm and Food Workers Relief payment of 600 dollars to eligible farm workers. 

Additionally they issue free red cards with know your rights information and offer regular legal workshops and know your rights sessions in Central Valley offices.
