This session was designed with immediately usable tools to help direct service providers better connect clients with the support they need. We walked through how to navigate Support Guide’s newly updated Provider Directory, demonstrating how to search by location, services, and agency type. We also covered how providers can actively contribute by creating accounts, updating their organization’s profile, and adding new listings—ensuring the directory remains accurate, comprehensive, and accessible for the communities we serve.
